The sad thing Mexico will not extridite criminals back to the US unless we promise to waive the death penalty. Yet these men go to Mexico and get this sicko (he was being charged with 86 sexual and drug offenses, including and not limited to slipping GHB to 3 women and video taping their rape) and basically want to convict them because they "kidnapped" him. The Mexicans should start focusing on the fact that along the US Border, the Border towns have no law and are run by drug lords, and when Law Men come in, they're killed by the same drug lords.
